Return Policy

Is the size you ordered not correct? No worries! Our shop accepts online returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. You can request either a full refund or an exchange for an item of equal value. Please note, items returned after the 14-day period cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged and clean. Follow these simple steps to return your product:

1. Send an email to info@moesareflect with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item to our return address (provided via email).

Once we receive your return, it will take 3-5 working days to process. If accepted, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 working days. If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item as soon as possible.
